Founded by the Kowalski family on Harper Ave, Green Lantern Pizza opened its doors with a single wood-fired oven and a secret sauce recipe. Within weeks, lines stretched out the door.
Expanding the Kitchen
Growing demand led to a full kitchen renovation and the addition of pasta dishes, calzones, and our beloved garlic bread. Staff grew from 4 to 18 team members.
